Enough! Health Wellness is a brand of Open Enrollment, Inc. Telehealth and clinical services are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated medical groups. This Privacy Policy applies to the Enough! Health Wellness website and platform operated by Open Enrollment, Inc. For the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) by the treating practice, see the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices section below.
When you use the Enough! Health Wellness website or complete our intake assessment, we collect the following categories of information:
Identity and contact information: Your first name, email address, phone number, and U.S. state of residence. We confirm that you are 18 or older before you proceed with the intake.
Health assessment responses: Responses you voluntarily submit through the intake assessment, including age range, biological sex, primary health goal, height, weight, energy level, sleep, exercise frequency, recent bloodwork status, diagnosed conditions, prior use of weight-loss medications, and family health history. These responses are used to generate a personalized health optimization report and route your intake to the clinical team.
Communications preferences: Whether you have opted in to receive health optimization content from Enough! Health Wellness.
Consent records: Timestamps of your individual acknowledgements of our Terms of Use, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Telehealth Consent, Compounded Medication Disclosures, and this Privacy Policy, recorded at the time each box is checked during the intake.
Payment information: Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
Usage data: Standard web analytics data, including pages visited, referral source, device type, and browser. This data is collected through analytics tools and may include cookies or similar technologies.
Provide the Services: To operate the website, generate your health optimization report, and facilitate your access to clinical programs.
Route to clinical care: To transmit your intake responses to OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC so that a licensed clinician can review your health history and determine whether a clinical program is appropriate for you.
Communicate with you: To send operational notices about your account, your assessment results, and your program status, and — where you have consented — health optimization content.
Process payments: To charge for subscription services and process refunds in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Improve the Services: To analyze usage patterns, improve the intake experience, and develop new features. Where possible, this analysis uses aggregated or de-identified data.
Legal and compliance: To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC: Your intake responses and contact information are transmitted to OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated medical groups so that a licensed clinician can review your case and, where appropriate, provide telehealth care and prescribe treatment. Once transmitted, that information is also subject to OpenLoop's Notice of Privacy Practices (see below).
Partner pharmacies: If a clinician prescribes medication, your prescription and shipping information may be shared with a partner compounding pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery. Current partner pharmacies are listed in our Terms of Use.
GoHighLevel (CRM and communications): Your name, email, phone, state, intake responses, health score, and consent timestamps are sent to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management and communications platform, so that our team can follow up on your intake and manage your account.
Stripe (payment processing): Payment card details are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy practices govern the information it collects; we receive only a payment confirmation and token.
Advertising and Analytics Partners: We may share limited identifiers and website activity data (such as device identifiers, cookies, and pages viewed) with advertising partners — including Meta, Google, and TikTok — to measure and deliver marketing. We do not share your health-assessment responses or other information that identifies a health condition with these advertising partners. These partners may use the information they receive in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device or each platform's ad settings.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Enough! Health Wellness, our users, or the public.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Marketing communications: You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. Opting out does not affect operational notices about your account or care.
Access and correction: You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or billing purposes, and that information transmitted to OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC for clinical care is subject to their retention obligations under applicable law.
Cookies: You may configure your browser to refuse cookies. Some features of the website may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
For Protected Health Information (PHI) collected and used by the treating clinical practice in connection with your care, the applicable notice is OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC's Notice of Privacy Practices, not this Privacy Policy. That notice describes how your PHI may be used and disclosed, and your rights under HIPAA with respect to your PHI (including the right to access, amend, and request an accounting of disclosures).
