Your Care Provider

Telehealth care is provided by the licensed clinicians of OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated medical groups. Open Enrollment, Inc. (d/b/a Enough! Health Wellness) operates the platform through which you access these services but is not itself a medical provider.

What Is Telehealth?

Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a clinician and a patient who are not in the same physical location. Telehealth may be used for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and/or patient education.

What You Should Know

Benefits: Telehealth may improve access to care, reduce travel, and allow you to receive care from a licensed clinician from the comfort of your home.

Limitations: Telehealth is not appropriate for all conditions. Your clinician will determine whether your condition is suitable for telehealth treatment. Some services, diagnoses, or prescriptions may require an in-person visit.

Technology risks: Technical failures may interrupt or prevent a consultation. In that event, your clinician may need to contact you by phone or reschedule.

Privacy: All telehealth sessions and communications are subject to applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA. Your health information will not be shared without your consent except as required by law.

Prescriptions: A prescription may be issued only when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable law. OpenLoop clinicians follow all applicable federal and state prescribing laws, including telemedicine prescribing rules. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

State law: Telehealth services are subject to the laws of the state in which you are located at the time of the consultation. Not all services are available in all states.

Your Rights

You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent for telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care.

You have the right to inspect all information obtained and recorded during a telehealth interaction, subject to applicable law.

You may request a summary of your visit and any prescriptions issued.

You have the right to contact your clinician with follow-up questions about your care.
