Is This Program Right For You?

Longevity protocols are not for everyone. Your clinician will assess whether your current health status and goals make you a suitable candidate.

Typically a good candidate if…

Not appropriate if…

  • Active cancer or history of hormone-sensitive malignancy (some peptides are contraindicated)
  • Uncontrolled diabetes or insulin resistance (affects GH-axis peptide safety)
  • Pregnancy or planning pregnancy
  • Chronic kidney disease (affects NAD+ precursor dosing)
  • Seeking performance enhancement for competitive sports (check governing body rules)
  • Not yet optimized sleep, nutrition, and exercise — those come first

Advanced labs: NAD+ levels, IGF-1, ApoB, homocysteine, hsCRP, HbA1c, fasting insulin, and a full metabolic panel to establish your biological baseline.

Clinician Protocol Design

A licensed clinician reviews your biomarkers and designs a personalized protocol — not a one-size catalog.

NAD+ Optimization

NMN or NR supplementation, or IV NAD+ if clinically indicated. Targets mitochondrial health, cellular energy, and DNA repair mechanisms.

Peptide Therapy

Clinician-selected peptides may include BPC-157 (recovery), CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (GH pulse), or Epithalon (telomere support) — based on your profile and goals.

NAD+ & Aging

The cellular energy decline

NAD+ levels decline ~50% between ages 40–60. NAD+ is required for sirtuins (longevity proteins), mitochondrial function, and DNA repair. NMN and NR are precursors shown in human trials to raise NAD+ levels; clinical outcome data (lifespan, disease prevention) is still maturing. Current evidence supports improvement in energy, muscle function, and metabolic markers.

Peptide Therapy

Signaling molecules, not hormones

Peptides are short amino acid chains that signal specific biological pathways. BPC-157 shows strong preclinical wound healing and gut repair data. Growth hormone secretagogues (CJC-1295, Ipamorelin) stimulate pulsatile GH release — distinct from HGH injection, avoiding suppression of natural axis. Most peptide data is preclinical or case series; clinician supervision is required for safety.
